I am trying to add a command to a form that will allow users to run a query I have created and then export it to excel. This is a limited database so the users see only the form view and have no options other than entering or minpulating the data displayed in the form.

Is this possible to add a command bitton for this, I have added a command button to allow users to run the query but I cant seem to set it up to either automatically export it or to give themthis option.

HELP...Please.

Thanks,
~D

You could add another button to export the query. You can use for example a macro with the TransferSpreadsheet action.
