Looks like we'll be adding a 4th location to my workplace, a small building that will house a call center of 8-10 people. I'd like to interface those folks to the 3 BCM's we have. Ideally, these folks would use digital stations, but it's not 100% necessary, I can use IP sets too.

What's my best option for the new 4th location? Should I purchase a used BCM-50 and configure it as a 4th location, adding it to the VPN group? Will I need to purchase additional licenses on my existing BCM's to accommodate the new BCM?

Are there any other options? Do I need to install another BCM?

As you already use BCM system's, then it would be wise to purchase another one. As for linking it up, it will depend on how the existing on are connected. The BCM 50 systems can be brought quite cheaply, but it depends on the licences and software level as release 6.0 is probably the best one to go for as it's good with SIP trunks.

Release 5.0 is OK and release 6.0 had more feature such as remote working. You should be OK. Contact me if you get any problems.
