I have an Electra Elite 48 with 3 lines and 8 stations. The 4th line is punched down but I guess not programmed on the system and/or phones. How do I do that? No manuals are available, the company that installed this switch never left them with the customer. Why do they do that!
Thanks in advance,
Sam

Is the Electra Elite IPX the same programming as the Electra Elite 48, because there is not a manual for the Electra Elite 48 listed on wedomanuals.com
Thank you,
Sam,

The basic programming will be the same, yes.

Thank you for the tip. I work on Avaya Equipment and an old customer moved some of their operation to a new site and this system was there. So they are using it till they make up their mind on either a Magix or IP Office. Again, thank you and if I can return the favor please ask.
Thanks,
Sam

Samelbe,

You should be looking for the IPK (not IPX) manuals for programming the Elite 48's. Certain features may not be available to (supported by) the 48's, but the programming is the same.

I'm sorry... I read IPK.... my bad. :(
