Adding a 2nd Global Address lIst

I'm currently running exchange 5.5 sp4 enterprise. I have been given a list of 300 SMTP address of external users (new sister company) and asked to create a custom Recipient for each. I am to have all the users show up in the current GAL or create a 2nd GAL or listing/Group that users can choose names from. I would prefer to create a group reflecting the sister company name and then choose address from that list. Is this possible??

Just create a new Recipients container called NewCompany. Import all Custom Recipients to the new container. These will show up in the GAL but they can be filtered out by the name of the recipients container.
