Adding 5% to a bill automatically for Aggregators - Micros 3700

I am programming on an EM server for a 115 stores. I need to be able to hit a button that adds 5% to the bill if it is an aggregator order. I need this to apply automatically and show up on the receipt as such.

No idea how to do this. Can someone please help me?

I think you are asking two things. "Hit a button" and "automatic" I would think you would add a 5% service charge button for "hit a button". POSCONFIG, Service Charges. If you want automatic you will need to setup an inclusive service charge and tie it into a order type or rvc.

What I am trying to accomplish is we have one set of prices for our items but a 5% increase on prices for aggregators (skip the dishes, etc) I need a way to charge that extra 5% on each order when its a skip order without having to maintain duplicate menus.

Is this to be automated? Or a manual process? You could use a surcharge/discount or a menu level. Is everything on the order going to be +5%?

POSCONFIG, SERVICE CHARGES, make a new service charge called Delivery (or whatever you want the customer to see), set percent to 5%. Fill out tax classes as needed, give it the proper privilege (only managers can apply etc), menu level class will probably be all, Option tab all itemizers (or only those ones you want it to apply to), preset checked, service charge tab check post to service charges. Now make a touchscreen key on your pay screen or similar and attach it to this service charge. Test - Ring in item. Apply service charge
