adding 2nd T1

Hi all,
We have an MICS 4.1 with T1 & 6 Port Norstar Fiber Combo card (5 ports are used for fiber trunk and station modules) we need to add a 2nd T1,
Most of the T1 lines will be used for outbound calls.
The first Two of ksu slots are used for Digital Trunk T-1 Cartridge and a trunk card.

What other hardware is needed for this Expansion? and what are the important things to consider?
Any input will be appreciated.

Hardware wise, you should be good to go if you still have a Trunk module slot open to move your loop start card to.
One important thing to consider is your routing for the second T-1 and fallback. If most calls are outbound, you are most likely fine with the number of DTMF receivers you already have. Are you running PRI?

Yes I do have an open Trunk slot, No PRI only 24ch T1.
So I can go ahead and order the 2nd T1, for routing of the second T-1 and fallback I guess it will be similar to the 1st one but I will still have to read more about it.
And if I need help I hope you will be there for me.
