Adding 2nd entry to the directory manually ...

There are 2 users sharing an extension.
The problem I have is that we can only find one in the directory. How can I add a second user pointing to an existing extension.

You can't.The directory is from the mailboxes not extentions.

If they both do the same work instead of naming the mailbox with a personal name, name it as a department or whatever, or set up a guest mailbox for one of them.
