Added sms sp5 and now cannot make new systems clients

Our normal MOD is to put an image on a system, rename the system, add it to the domain and then manually load SMS. All the new systems we have created since the update are listed as assigned to this site, but not a client. I have been digging into info everywhere, but am about to pull my hair out! Will look up whatever info is needed.

It could be that the client is installing but not able to copy its DDR to the CAP.
