Added fvs114 firewall now can't access port 443

As usual, everything was working fine. I moved my webserver from an exposed ip address and put it behind a new firewall (Netgear FVS114) at ip 192.168.1.17.

Now, I can still access my website through port 80, but once a user has to access an https page I get the, 'The page Cannot be displayed'. I did open this port up on the FVS114 as TCP/UDP 443. They did have an entry for https, but it was only for TCP. Either one does not work.

Any help would be appreciated.
