Added CTM 4 to BCM 400 4.0

I just added a CTM 4 to an existing installation. I have a GATM-8 on bus 6, offset 0 & 1 so I added the CTM to bus 6 offset 2, lines 107-110.

I then programmed these new lines to appr&ring on one phone just to test (do dialtone yet) and after i pressed each line, they stayed busy and I could not release them. i removed them from this test phone and left them.

I am not sure what the problem is. I am fairly confident i have my dipswitches set correctly. I know the card is good I tested it out on my BCM 1000 and it works fine.

i suppose i missed one step of not going into element manager and configuring the module at trunk module. I did disable/enable it and I recall it did show up as Loop. maybe that is the problem?
