Added a Author Column to the folders

Hello,
I am very very new to BO and I am trying to create a file with a list of recurring schedule reports by users.
Currently I am doing everything manually and I search through the SAPs website and I found out that you can export a list of reports by user but you would need a Author Column and for some reason I do not.
Can anyone help me with this?
The version I am on is Product: 12.1.0 © 2008 Business Objects 3.0
