Has anyone found a problem like this one.
I have set a thresshold class for TRD to level 1=3 calls waiting and level 2=6 calls waiting. In ADD when there are 6 calls waiting it displays as the level 2 color (Yellow in this instance) and the RTD displays as the level 3 color (Red in this instance).
