Add users and to what groups, but no control on groups

Would have been nice to use directly the menuitem if it wouldn't be for groups control.

Any experience or example?

In a runtime version of Access, I want the administrator to be able to modify users and groups registration for each users, but NOT groups definition.

Standard form used by Access combines both groups and users definition so can't lock groups.

Any strategy to overcome this? I guess in VBA.
