do you know how to insert specific user to contact list in exchange 2000?

Can you elaborate a little - what do you mean by "contact list" ?

User can chose the recipient in the “contact list/distribution list” in outlook 2003.

How can I add user / group of user in this contact list in exchange 2000 server?

sorry, not "contact list". the correct term is "address list

Internal Domain users will automatically appear in the Global Address List (GAL) - are you experiencing issues with new users not appearing in the list?

Or do you want to make external contacts appear in the GAL ? If so, add them as mail enabled contacts through the Active Directory Users and Computers console.
