add user domains properly

can someone tell me how to add users and domains properly

i could not find a sinlge documentation for adding users and configure the MUAs

Add them to what kind of qmail installation?? stock? vpopmail? vmailmgr?

You need to add a Maildir for the user and make sure they have an account either on the machine (/etc/passwd) or in the virtual mail manager
