Add URL call to function menu

Using Builder with Livelink 9.1: how can i add a function (i.e. [blue]MyCommand[/blue]) to the function menu of a folder object calling an URL like [blue][ignore]

http://myserver/command.asp?id=<objID

of folder>[/ignore][/blue]? Certainly, the target should be a new window.
