when i dial 1-555-5555 at&t strips the one off. they said i could add the one in my bcm. anyone know how to do this? i am using a T-1 for all outgoing calls. thanks alot.

Is this when you call another number. The number outputed is 555-5555 instead of 1-555-5555. If this is the case under the extension you will find a parameter called public OLI if it is a 3.6. You would put the OLI in there 1-555-5555.

thanks for the help. i also found that through call routing you can add what you had used as a pool code and then 1 and it does exaclty what i need. thanks for the time. it is apreciated.
