Add-template is not valid

HI I am getting this message whenever I opened MS Word I get this error: The add-in template is not valid
C:\program files\....\startup\data.dot

Anyone knows a solution it will be highly appreciated.

Hi, Kalpesh!

That probably means the Template Data.dot is not recognised by Word. If you go to Tools, Templates and Add-ins, it's probably attached to Word. You may (?) want to take the check mark off against it.

There is no check mark there. And how do I remove the template from there?
