add structure to XML

I am new to XML. I was given an XML that does not have the table structure. it has a schema name but will not import into access due to not haveing the right structure.

I can get it into excel, but some of the 'cells data' is more than the 256 characters and it cuts it off. I need to be able to get all the characters.

what do I do?
