Add Storage node 1

You will not have to do all configuration again; the configuration stay on the Networker server.
The only thing you have to do is configure the new ressources of the new storage node.
Checklist:
- install the storagenode
- configure tapes
- configure autochanger (jbconfig -s server)
- add licence
- configure groups to use the storagenode
