Add some layout in a plain text message.

Hi,

one of our users is obliged to send e-mail messages (Outlook 2003) in plain text format. If she doesn't, some recipients will not receive attachments and some will receive the "winmail.dat" file.
Sending in plain text resolves that issue, but she still wants to be able to change the layout, to make the message more reader friendly.

Is there any way how she can do that ?
