Add Sender to Address Book Not working in Notes 6.5.4

Hi Everyone,

I have a user who is having wierd probelms adding an External person to her address book.

When she opens her email and clicks on Tools and Add Sender to Adress Book she gets an error message saying:

The Linked document cannot be found in the view.

Is there any way I can fix this, can someone help asap. I am not that good with Notes.

Several questions :

1) does this user have a local Name & Address book ?

2) can she send mails to people defined in her own NAB ?

If the answer to both questions is YES, then I'll wager that her mailbox needs a bit of an update. Select it from the workspace and go to File/Database/Refresh Design, choose the mail server in the popup and validate.

If that doesn't do the trick, ask the Notes Admin to run a fixup on it.
