Add return to sales report 1

Hi,

I created a sales report so it can reflect the total sales of amount and quantity, i would like to add to the items that was return, total sales minus return is grand total.

i am using accpac 5.6 tables, database is sql.
any help will be great.

Create a formula like this:

sum({table.sales})-sum({table.returns})

if the order has two items its adding the lines 2 time in the report

Then instead, create two running totals, one for sales and one for returns, and in the evaluation section, choose on change of group: order.

Then the formula becomes:

{#sales}-{#returns}

This must be placed in the report footer.
