Add/remove skillsets via from phone in a Nortel Meridian?

Hello,
Is possible add/remove skills from phone? In other environmens like Definity you can add/remove skills from phone using a sentence. In definity agents has a feature (COR) for do it. Does exist that possibility in Nortel Meridian??
