add/remove programs file location ?

can anyone tell me within the c drive where i could find the file that would load add/remove programs as the control panel is disabled throughout the network but if i can find the file i could load the application

Sounds to me like your network administrator disabled that for a reason...make sure you talk to him about getting a select program installed first...otherwise it might cost you your job...unless this is your home computer
