Add "continued" to a repeated group header on a report 1

Is there anyway to add the word "continued" to a group header label when it breaks across multiple pages? For example the header on page one would be "Group 12345" and on page two I'd like it to be "Group 12345 - continued". Setting the header to keep together won't work on this report because the details in each group could vary from one to 50 lines. There is a function in Crystal that allows this, but this report can't be run in Crystal.
