ADD ports on CCMS server

Hi,

Is anyone know which ports are using for Agent Desktop Display on CCMS server? I read NTP s but i couldn't see any information for CCMS server. when i configure ADD on agents there is a CCMS server name and IP adress. I can't ping CCMS right now. And firewall guys are asking me which ports i need for CCMS.

We've just done something similar. CCMS and CCMA on our network with some clients on another network (in same building) seperated by Nokia firewalls.

CCMS doesn't come into the equation (assuming both CCMA and CCMS are the same side of the firewall).

For ADD to work, you need multicast enabled. CCMS multicasts to CCMA only. CCMA multicasts back to CCMS and also on to clients, so you only need to add the ports for CCMA and these are in the NTPs (CCMA configuration).

Try adding the CCMS Ip address to your DNS server too (we found that agent real time displays don't work unless this is set - bizarre)
