add pc to domain

2003 sp1 ad setup

have installer sccount that is allowed to add peeps to domain
obviuosly he is only allowed the default 10 machines
he has now exceeded this
i am quite happy to leave this ten limit on the account as it doesnt change that much

how can i rest him though so he can addd a further ten

Create Computer Objects permission part but if it's the way then so be it
