I am attempting to add 2 24 button add-on modules to an Avaya 9650 IP phone. I have programmed the phone to have 2 modules
and also changed the power switch on the back of the phone to high. The problem I am having is that the second module won't
power up. The first one works fine and i have switched the modules to make sure I didn't have a defective one. Is it possible
the power switch isn't working or do I need an external power supply for the second module. Any help would be appreciated.
