HI all. I need to add a non domain user to the domain admins group on a 2K3 domain.

Has anyone done this or is there a good workaround?

Where is the user coming from?

Are there trusts between domains, forests, is the user in the same forest???

A little more info please

Unless this user is part of the domain, the only way to do this is to have a trust between this user's domain and your domain. If they have a local user account on one of your domain members, they can't be added unless they have a domain acct.
