Can I add a new menu item and attach it to VBA Code?

What version are you talking about?

With v8.0 onwards it is not possible to link into the menu structure with VBA.

With the v7.5 and earlier versions, you can add VBA to a palette button to make it perform a task and abort the underlying Dexterity code.
