Add new line in column by user

Hi,

I'm dealing with this problem:

I've designed a form in which I've made a table in Notes 4.6.4. Now I want users to be able to add a new row into this table.
For example:
column
Row
1 --> I want a user to be able to add a row like
2 1.1 between 1 and 2 which has the same
fields and properties as the other rows

How can I do this?
I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. Your help is appreciated.
