how can i add a new ip phone by not using the IP phone list in PCPRO but using the webpro

doesnt appear you can without first activating the port. You could attempt the same method as above, adding the extension number in 11-02, and attempting to register without a password, then once registered, configure in 15-05 with password for security, however I believe this still wont work.
