add new employee in micros emc9700

Do you have existing Employees and Micros Classes (i.e. Groups/Positions)?
Depending on if you have existing Classes and Employees will give you an idea of where to put the new employee.
For instance, if you have a New Cashier and you need to add them to the Cashier Class, you can then copy another Cashier.
But if you have no employees for this Class type, then you will need to create a Class.
