I have SBS server 2003 and have mail being delivered to mydomain.co.uk fine. I now want to also recieve mail to mydomain.com as well (same name) + receive mail from a completely new domain.com in addition to my default. Is this easy? Any tips or articles on how to do this? Thanks in advance.

In ESM, go to Recipients>Recipient Policies and add the domain to your recipient policy. When you click OK, it will ask you whether you want to make the change to all exising accounts. Choose YES.

Thanks Pat that worked a treat. Is there anyway I can set my outlook up so I can choose which domain I send from, every time I send an email?

No, since Outlook isn't the one actually sending the message. Exchange is.

You'd have to create a different user account with that email address, and then you could do a SEND AS.
