Add new appointment for a specific team

Hi,

I just installed Dynamics CRM 4 on my small company, and created a few internal teams and add users into them.
Now I want to add some appointments into CRM, but only for a specific team.
How is that possible? If I make a new appointment, I can only select users for that appointment but not a team.
