Add name banner to printed emails

We are running Groupwise 5.5.2<br><br>When anyone prints their email, across the very top is a thin banner, that states the users name.&nbsp;&nbsp;This works for everyone EXCEPT one user.&nbsp;&nbsp;She wants the banner on her printed email, too.&nbsp;&nbsp;I looked and looked, and couldn't find anything that would add this email banner.<br><br>Please point me in the right direction to add this &quot;banner feature.&quot;<br><br>Thank you!

Open View anuy of the user messages, Right click on the body of the message goto to Print Options... You will find there the answer.
