Add multiple users to multiple computers as admins

Is there a way to add multiple domain users to a certain group of PCs as admins? one of the pieces of software we use requires each user to be a local admin of the PC

If I understand correctly, you can use group policy. You can also use the mmc snap in to do it remotely but you will need to connect to each computer
