Does any have a good way to add multiple (about 300) agents to the CMS dictionary. I used to write and run a script on Procom Plus but no longer have this piece of software and am limited to CentreVu Supervisor or Terminal emulation on ASA. Release is R3V6

thanks

Load the agent dictionary file (layout of CMS table "synonyms") directly into the Informix database table "synonyms" using "load" SQL with "dbaccess" unitility of Informix, IF you have access to CMS via console or telnet(root login required).

You could also use a third party product from Utilcall ( The Call Flow Extract program also has a CMS Bulk Config program stat does this very nicely. I am just an end user of the program.

About a year ago the licenses were around $500 each (pretty cheap considering everything the app does) - Just an end user of the product as well....

$499 as listed. A set of nice handy tools for Avaya PBX/call center Admin. Extra modem/Com port connection needed? How about over LAN?

Works great over the LAN, that is how I access all of my switches. When dumping a switch with it, depending on the size of the switch, it could take awhile. My large switch takes approx 5 hours to extract.
