good day. i have 0x32 that i removed from an old office and put up in our office. the previous office used a trunk module in addition to the system. i only have 3 lines so i am assuming i dont need a trunk module? i have system up and running with 2 lines, but i cannot get a third line to work in the system. im sure the line is good as i can substitute it with one of the 2 lines i have working and no problem but when i try to use it as a third line, it has nothing. any help is greatly appreciated

On MICS and CICS system the lines skip two pairs for ex.

Example of CO ports
Line 001 wh/bl
Line 002 bl/wh
Skip wh/or
Skip or/wh
Line 003 wh/gr
Line 004 gr/wh

Hope this helps you some.

You skipped too little lol

Actually its more like:

Example of CO ports
Line 001 wh/bl
Line 002 wh/or
Skip wh/gr
Skip wh/br
Line 003 wh/sl
Line 004 rd/bl

Punch 2 pairs onto first 4 pins then skip 4 pins

See our FAQ's page, at the bottom it has the wiring charts for all systems.
