I'm not sure if this is an Outlook issue or a Symantec issue, but I've run out of ideas on how to solve the problem.
With one of my clients we are getting this message intermittently when he opens some, not all, of his e-mails.
The add-in "C:\Program Files\Symantec_Client_Security\Symantec AntiVirus..." could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load "C:\Program Files\Symantec_Client_Securit...". You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file.
Needless to say I've tried all the troubleshooting the error message suggested, including reloading Symantec.
We are running Symantec Corporate Edition v.8.1.0.825 with Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
BJ
