Add-in for Outlook 2003 to print first page of email

I have been searching around for a stable Outlook 2003 add-in that places a button on the toolbar, so users in my organisation can easily print just the first page of an email, whether plain text or HTML.

This is to reduce unnecessary paper and toner waste.

Does anyone have any tried and tested recommendations?

What didn't work with Bluprint? (I've never tried nor seen, but it's just interesting to know).

If you can't find a plug-in that fits, then perhaps someone in your organization can custom build this feature in VBA. I mean if you only want to have a one-click method to just click the first page from an email, surely that'd not be too difficult.
