Add Hyperlink in email from workflow attachment

Your qn is not clear.Standard out of the box workflow will allow you to add almost many subtypes(documents,url's,folders etc etc)
The email step allows you to put any kind of link as the mail client would handle.If standard livelink notifications for workflow events is turned on,then livelink will send the workflow link by email to the performer.
If you could ask your question in a more understandable sense one could probably suggest something
