add hours to datetime

Dear Guru,

How might I add hours to a datetime object in the Universe?
I'm hitting DB2 and trying to create a "rolling" time field that is 24 hours in the future from what the user entered.

Calculation with DB2 objects:

Select timestamp,timestamp + 1 days from table.

It is as easy as that.....
