Agent desktop display hangs when the fully qualified domain name is set as a trusted site within IE 6.0 SP1. With that being said when the FQDN is removed from the trusted sites list ADD seems to work normally. If I use RTD's and the FQDN is set in the trusted sites list my RTD's work just fine. I checked to see if the info is being sent via multicast. Multicast seems to be working just fine so this leads me to believe that this is not a multicast issue and its something else. Any ideas on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
