How do you add a field to a screen, in my case I need to add a
Terms Field to the OE screen, it also needs to be greyed out to prevent a change,,, the sales people need to be able to see customer terms when entering an order
The AR terms code is already in the OE0101 screen on the header section, its the 6th field down on the far left of the screen.
To grey it out to prevent users from changing it, right click it and select properties. Unclik the "user required" and click "user can disable". Hit OK. Right click it again, select properties, and select "disable" and then hit OK. The field now displays but is greyed out so it cannot be changed.
Finally, after you have finished modifying this screen, copy the screenset to user MACOLAED, which will give everyone this modified screen, unless there is already a modified screenset with their user name on it.
