Add Feild In Form and repport

I Have Gp7.52, on sql Base, I need to know how should i do to add feild in Gp Tab, Cars->stock->Items

i add the fild in the same table, and i do a seperate one.... now i can not see then in the feild liste in the modifaction form and in report writer can some one give me the hint where shoul i start to solve this problem

I don't think you should add any fields to the GP defined tables. If you need attitional fields you can use the user defined fields:

Setup --> Inventory --> Inventory Control
Top Left hand corner: User Category is where you can define additional fields. These fields are listed in the tables as User Categogy Values and can be used on reports and forms.

You will need to enter data for these User Category Values for each item: Cards --> Inventory --> Options, in the Category section at the bottom right hand corner.

If all the User Category Values are used then through VBA modification you can add additional fields to a form and saving the data to the DUOS table.

I need more information about Duos table i found
dynamic.duo00010, but there is probably a other table to change

If you have never done modifications I would suggest downloading the VBA Developers User Guide from Great Plains Customersource. It explains the DUOS object and has examples of how to write/access data stored in the DUOS table.

The actual SQL table that stores the data for the DUOS object is SY90000.

ok i found information about everything working great
the last things i see
when come the time to add a feild in to report writer
something go wrong... i creat a calculate field...as string

my vb script working fine i can see the result in a text box on a userform.... but i cant see the result in the report writer is anyone could help me whit this
