add Extension to phone system?

we have a Nortel networks phone system. we have 10 sets in the system. when someone calls in the Auto attendant answers and after a brief message asks if you know your parties extension press it now. we have 5 single digit extension to choose from now and we would like to add a 6th. we would like extension 6 to ring to a phone set that is currently one of the 10 sets in the system but doesn't have an extension you can press from the auto attendant to allow it to ring. the set is able to make outbound calls and pick up a phone line that has been put on hold. I hope this is enough information. All our company IT people that knew this system have moved on, so the problem has been put on my lap.

You will not get training in any forum.

You need to call a Telecom Vendor and not an IT company and get Technical training or Administration training or just have the tech do it.
You can also ready the thick book and train yourself.... "Setup and Operation Guide" you can google it along with the word Norstar or Call Pilot

Those single digit options are called Paths (in teleset programming) or Nodes (in Broswer programming)
Extension are the 3 digit DN's (Directory Numbers) of a telephone such as X222
Paths/Node are a part of Custom Call Routing wihc is the more complicated part of voice mail.
