Excuse my lack of knowledge with our new phone system but I hope I explain myself correctly with what we are trying to do.
We have an area that has 2 extensions which ring simoutlaneously when an outside call comes in. Recently a 3rd extension was added into this area and we would like this extension to also ring as well. These two extensions are part of an auto attendant in which when the customer presses an option those lines ring. How do I add this new extension to this group(3440 is the group #)?
