Add Excel Worksheet

I am working on a project that uses C++ to create an Excel spread sheet. I have been able to do all the tasks I need except adding a new worksheet. I am using the fuction:
Syntax
expression.Add(Before, After, Count, Type)

I do not know what is expected for the parameter 'Type'. I would appreciate any help offered.
